Situated upstairs with a small spiral staircase this was challenging.

The walls were built with Wedi waterproof sheeting and floor waterproofed with a wedi sheet membrane.

A lineal grate was used cut to a custom size.

A bulk head was added above the vanity to accommodate lights.

We painted the walls installed the vanity with under led lights, a new toilet was added and rot in the floor repaired.
